Description

Dear Colleagues,

We would like to invite you to our Education Resource Centre at Fiddlers Ferry Power Station. This is a purpose-built facility where we can offer you, as a teacher, an education space to support, develop and enhance several areas of the curriculum.

We would like you to attend a twilight session starting at 4.00 p.m. on Monday 26th March, where we can show you our facility and discuss the areas of the curriculum we can lead and support you with.

We offer our Centre as a place to study and develop areas across the curriculum. We can focus on Electricity and power generation with tours of the power station included. We can work, or support you, looking at circuits and other many elements within the curriculum area.

We also have a large nature reserve where we can focus on habitats, animal adaptations and bio diversity. The nature reserve and classroom facilities can be used across the curriculum to support and enrich art and literacy projects. The facility can be used across the curriculum to engage the students in your care. We can work with yourselves to create bespoke projects.

Please find attached a copy of the events we have throughout the year.
