No refund I am afraid. The trainers are dedicating their afternoon to train you essential knowledge about how you can save your life.

If I can't attend this event, Can I transfer my payment for another event?

YES. Many times unexpected things may occur and that's why you are allowed to attend to another event with the same or other subject if you like.

Will I get a certificate?

YES! You will be sent a certificate to your email after the completion of the training.

Is there a test that I must do?

No. We will have an open discussion for all of your questions. You can send email after the training if you prefer with questions.
