This FREE workshop is open to anyone aged 14 or over and provides hands-on awareness sessions to help you understand the basics of performing CPR and accessing and using a Defib.

We have the option of two workshops on the evening, these last no more than 60 minutes and you only need to attend one. The start times are as follows;

Workshop One @ 16:30pm
