CPR & Defibrillator Awareness

Rugby Fire Station are offering free CPR/Defib awareness sessions to members of the public.

These sessions will cover:

• How to access a publicly accessible defibrillator cabinet
• Hands only CPR
• Using a defib

These are introductory sessions, to give you confidence in use of a defibrillator.

Children are welcome to attend and take part in the sessions.
