Weapon retention, knife control/disarming, force-on-force scenarios, and ground training.

- Safety goggles

- Training clothes suitable for physical activity

- Plate carrier (for professionals’ track)
- Groin protector, mouthguard, gloves, facemask

Optional:
- Full tactical kit—come as you work

No, this is NOT a PowerPoint sitting course. Our training is hands-on, focused on physically practicing, learning, doing, failing, and trying again. Be prepared for a physically demanding experience, especially during force-on-force exercises.
