Webinar exploring how adult social care providers can strengthen compliance within CQC Well Led W3 Service user and Stakeholder engagement

About this Event

This session will be approximately 1-1.5 hours long (depending on attendee numbers) It will be ideal for Team Leaders, Case Managers, Registered Managers, Owners, Nominated individuals and Quality Leads.

This interactive session will discuss:

  • How providers can comply with Well Led Key Line Of Enquiry (KLOE) W3 , it will specifically focus on how they can engage, motivate and involve service users, clients, residents, stakeholders and staff teams
  • How providers can collate evidence and feedback to support continuous quality improvement
  • How we can engage and empower staff to support recruitment and retention in adult social care

We will be encouraging questions and the sharing of good practice within the session.

About Georgina Turner

Georgina runs her own Healthcare Compliance Consultancy business - ‘Inspired for Health’ providing mock regulation compliance inspections, cultural reviews and one to one support for adult social care providers and Registered Managers.

After completing her Nursing Diploma, Law Degree and Masters she supported CCG’s, Community, Foundation & Acute Trusts on a variety of topics including: CQC Compliance with Regulations, Nurse Staffing, Consent, Governance and Quality Monitoring. She currently works as the Healthcare Quality Programme Manager for MIAA Solutions, providing tailor made support with quality experts to a wide variety of health and NHS settings.

Georgina has also worked in the NHS as a Risk Manager, Claims and Litigation Manager, Quality Programme Manager, Information Governance Manager, District Nurse, School Nurse and Acute Medical Nurse as well as within Nursing Home, and Domiciliary Care settings.

This will be a lively webinar, with an opportunity to ask questions and reflect on current practice.

It will be ideal for those who may be involved or are preparing for a CQC inspection.
