This free session is designed to be an informal, safe space for case managers to talk freely about the Key Lines of Enquiry related to Effective, Caring and Responsive.

Questions covered around:

- Staff Skills, Knowledge and Experience

- Staff Support

- Involving Clients in their Care and Decisions

- Privacy, Dignity and Independence

- Person Centred Care

- Using Technology

- Communication

- Compliments, Comments and Complaints

We hope that the session will help with reflective practice and all attendees are encouraged to get involved and help each other with tips and support ideas.

It is expected that this will be a confidential discussion to aid quality improvement for you and your team.

The session will be hosted by Tracey Clarke and Georgina Turner who have a keen interest in health and wellbeing and CQC support.
