Event description

Description

The CQC has changed and is now more experienced and focused when assessing dental practices. CQC registration is not optional and since you must spend valuable time and money to maintain this, it is sensible to do it well and get all the positives out of it. The CQC, The GDC and the NHS all seek to assess the quality of services we are delivering. It is necessary to provide Regulators as well as patients with confidence in the services we provide. This presentation will suggest how having a really simple embedded system you can build a Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective and Well-led Team that makes for an even more successful practice.

I will offer delegates a shortened version of my presentation (on request following the lecture) along with useful links and an invitation to join RP4 at a preferential rate.

Course Aims: To update delegates on the new process of CQC inspection and regulation

Course Objectives:

1. To explain clearly the changes that are being applied to better regulate dental practices

2. To understand how practice managers can prepare to satisfy the new more experienced CQC inspector.

For the 2017-18 season of Oxford BDA evening lectures food will be included in the main ticket price. However, a complimentary food ticket MUST be booked by Sunday 10th September. Without a booked ticket, the Oxford BDA cannot guarantee food will be available.
