Our agenda is as follows:

• A short report on our activities during 2020 - certainly a difficult year! Followed by a summary of our plans for 2021.

• The meeting will be rounded off with a Webinar presented by Alan Clark. The title is Unlocking Big Quality. Alan will share some principles and raise a series of questions to aid your thinking so that Big Quality can bring value to you, your organisation and to your clients!

As a member of DemSIG you could get more out of your membership by joining our committee. Meetings are held on line using 'Go To Meeting' so no additional travel is necessary and compliance with Covid social distancing is automatic.

As a committee member you would be able to join in with our regular discussions, help select and plan our future activities and join in with setting up our events, Webinars and publications.

We will then contact you and ask for some information about yourself, a copy of your CV and a questionnaire about the knowledge you already have about Deming's work to help us accelerate your engagement with the group.
