The CQI Thames Valley Branch invites you to attend an evening seminar; "A Process Approach" on 22 February 2018 at The Apollo Hotel Basingstoke presented by Michael Cousins, Managing Director of Triaster.
A Process Approach
With time ticking towards the deadline for transition to ISO 9001:2015 in September 2018, Michael Cousins explains what the ISO 9001:2015 ‘process approach’ really means.
He explores how, although the process approach principle for quality management systems has been around for many years, it hasn’t necessarily been understood or implemented as intended. He also explains how process mapping can and should be about predicting the results of change – not just an exercise to achieve ISO certification.
“Clear presentation well supported with graphics and information.” “Very informative.” “Good, concise introduction to process approach mapping.“ Feedback: CQI North East Region, June 2017
