Description

“Customer Experience & Customer Journeys” - in what promises to be a very interactive session, our speaker Ian Stanbury will introduce some practical approaches to help people to translate and adopt the ‘Customer Focus’ Quality Principle into the way they design their business processes.

Ian Stanbury is a Strategic Quality & Business Transformation Consultant, who has worked with a range of well-known organisations in the public and private sectors to design and deploy management systems and complex business change. Previous clients include Nationwide Building Society, Yell, Autoglass, the Met Office and Innovate UK.
