CQI Greater Peterborough & Cambridge - Quality Book Club and AGM
Event Information
About this Event
For our January book review we will be exploring Philip B. Crosby's seminal work Quality is Free 40 years after its publication (if you ignore the anachronisms about typewriters and comptrollers) is it still relevant to today's Quality Professional?
What does "making quality certain mean" in Quality 4.0?
Is Zero Defects achievable or even desirable in an increasingly volatile operating context?
The book club will be preceded by a brief Annual General Meeting where we will provide an update on the branch status and plans for 2021. At this meeting we will wish Don O'Connell well as he retires from volunteering at the CQI and vote in the new committee for 2021.
