CQI London branch - Customer Loyalty & the Quality Professional

The CQI London branch is pleased to invite you to its event, Customer Loyalty & the Quality Professional, to be held on 09 March 2017 at the CQI offices in London, led by Mark Eydman CQP MCQI.
The seminar will consider the contribution made to Business Success by Customer Loyalty, the role of the Quality Professional in this process and the challenges of implementing an impactful Net Promoter System (NPS) into a commercial organisation.
About the speaker
Mark is a highly experienced Business Leader and Quality Professional with a career founded in Building Automation products, services and solutions. While previous roles included Project Management, Sales and Services responsibilities, his most recent assignments have required the design, deployment and operation of Quality and NPS based Customer Loyalty programmes on a global scale.
Please arrive from 18:00hrs ready for a prompt 18:30hrs start. Light refreshments will be provided.
The event is hosted by the CQI London Branch and is free for all CQI and IRCA members to attend. Members are welcome to bring a colleague.
