Customer Loyalty & The Quality Professional

The seminar will consider the contribution made to Business Success by Customer Loyalty, the role of the Quality Professional in this process and the challenges of implementing an impactful Net Promoter System (NPS) into a commercial organisation.

Presented by Mark Eydman BSc (Hons) MBA MIET MCQI MIoD a highly experienced Business Leader and Quality Professional with a career founded in Building Automation products, services and solutions. While previous roles included Project Management, Sales and Services responsibilities, his most recent assignments have required the design, deployment and operation of Quality and NPS based Customer Loyalty programmes on a global scale.

Annual General Meeting
