Join us for our annual meeting for charity retailers in Northern Ireland. The meeting will commence with registration and refreshments from 11.00am. After a welcome address from the CRA's Chief Executive, Warren Alexander, we are pleased to welcome Gerard Cousins, Director of Retail and Trading for Barnardos who will explore the growth in specialist shops and what benefits specialisation can bring to your shop portfolio.
After lunch, Aodhán Connolly, Director, Northern Ireland Retail Consortium will discuss the state of the high street including current development and strategies such as the Business Improvement Districts programme which is to be piloted in Northern Ireland.
We will then finish the meeting with an informal discussion on current charity retail market trends, including stock generation and rag prices.
As always, if there are any items you wish to discuss with your peers, please email Stacey Marney on Stacey@charityretail.org.uk and these will be added to the agenda.
We look forward to seeing you there!
