Chaplain Mary welcomes you to the Penryn Chaplaincy for a relaxed afternoon - she is here most Thursdays during term time. Crochet novices and experts all welcome at this inclusive event.
Please note that that Mary often brings along her friendly dog Henry to this event. Please contact Gemma in the Chaplaincy if this would present a barrier to you attending and we will be happy to find a good solution: chaplaincy@fxplus.ac.uk
More details: Mary can teach you some basic crochet skills so that you can make friendship bracelets and bookmarks. If you’re a complete beginner and would like to ‘have a go’, why not come along and learn a new skill? If you already know some stitches and techniques, come and share your skills with others. Wool, crochet hooks and plenty of cake all provided!
Finding us: The Multifaith Chaplaincy is a cosy and welcoming space on campus. We have comfy sofas, plenty of tea, a range of books, and a prayer/meditation room. You can find us in Tremough Barton Cottage 8 – follow the treelined path to the left of the Fitness Centre and the signs will bring you to our door. We are open to all – you do not need to be a person of faith.
