Can you cater for food allergens?

Yes, just make sure you are clear about your needs and we will make this event as accessible as we can.

Is the building disability accessible?

The George & Anne Tweed Room is all on the flat, with a slight lip to get over the threshold. We have 2 good sized toilets - although these are sadly not disabled compatible - you can get a child and adult in them comfortably. We do not have a baby changing bed.

Question 3

What age is this for?

Accepted Answer

We haven't set an age restriction. Presents will cater for your child's interests where possible. So it is really up to you, we imagine most children will be between 3 - 12, but this is by no means set in stone.

What present will my child?

We will try to match the gift to your child's interests, age and likes. We can't guarantee we will  get it spot on, but Santa's Elves will be working extremely hard to make the event super special.

What are the refreshments?

Accepted Answer

Children: Either Apple juice, Orange juice or  Whole milk. Either a homemade Vanilla Cupcake with Vanilla icing and Festive sugar decoration. Or a dietary replacement where gluten free/dairy free/nut free/diabetic. Adults: Either Tea, Coffee or Non-Alcoholic Mulled Wine. Cake or plain scone.

Do we have to be crafty?

No, the Elves will be there to help you. Crafts include a mini festive block activity, scratch art, sticker sheet, build a snowman pen and festive bunting.

Question 7

What if we're late

Accepted Answer

We will try and add you in, but please stick to the time on your ticket. Our Elves will be extremely busy making sure we get everything festive for you, so if you are too late you may miss out on much of the fun.
