About this event

Event lasts 8 hours

This all day event is aimed at SME distilleries as well as distillery staff in larger companies. The day is split with a morning session with a series of short presentations on practical concepts and technologies to provide operational savings / added value to distillers. Networking lunch host at the HWU Business School and you will have an opportunity to meet ICBD staff and students. Car sharing / transport will be available to take attendees to McMillan Coppersmiths for a tour and presentation delivered by the Briggs team. The day will finish at the new Edinburgh Gin Distillery for drinks and it is situated near to Waverley Train Station.
