This workshop is perfect for ambitous women wanting to find a new way of working and being so if you're stuck in a rut and already dreaming about a New Year and a new you, why not use December to get one step ahead...
It’s often the case that we made choices about what path our career was going to take when we were in our late teens and early twenties but when we fast forward years ahead, we find ourselves feeling unhappy because we’re losing touch with our authenticity and working in jobs that are not aligned with the person we’ve become or would like to be.
Regardless of whether you end up building a business, going freelance or finding an exciting new job, the surest way to build a career on your own terms is all about mindset and positioning – in today’s crowded world, each of us needs to be visible. The days of relying on CVs are over and it’s the people who have a clear public presence and authentic connections who build the strongest reputations for themselves and attract the best opportunities into their lives.
When you’re pushing through a working world that doesn’t sit well with the person you have become it is easy to get caught up in that conveyor belt lifestyle of keeping up with what others are doing and this can leave you feeling drained and demotivated. It doesn’t need to be like this!
We will use this one day workshop to explore and define the person you are today, looking at what new choices are available to you. When you know who you are, where you’re going and you have the tools to get you there, you’ll begin to start pulling and attracting new opportunities toward you, which can often be in unexpected and exciting ways. In this workshop, we’ll help you to identify and clarify your new path by look at your current position and who you are now before exploring who you could be and what you would like to be known for. We’ll then start building your strategic blueprint with an action plan to get you heading in the right direction.
You’ll leave the Reinvent Your Career workshop perfectly positioned and ready to take action - knowing who you are, what you stand for and where you’re going. You will have created a blueprint to work from, a strategy to follow and an action plan to keep you on track.
Happiness is an inside job and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work so if you are ready to let go of the good in pursuit of the great, I’d love to work with you to make it happen.
Workshops have a limited number of places to give me the opportunity to work with you one to one throughout the day and although the group size is kept small in order to maximise the impact and value to you, community and collaboration are encouraged - change is always easier to navigate with people who get it alongside you. So whether it’s a whatsapp or Facebook group, I’d highly recommend staying in touch with the other women who will be taking this journey with you. I will also be available to you in the weeks following the workshop and will do whatever I can to accelerate your transition to working on your own terms.
