In a world that is characterised by continuous disruption, we are realising that the human-side of the organisation becomes more, rather than less, important. Strategies, processes and technologies may shift rapidly, but it is culture that ultimately determines whether firms adapt, thrive or fail.
Organisations that do not prioritise attention to culture are doomed to fail or put differently: “culture eats strategy for breakfast, operational excellence for lunch and everything else for dinner” (Mark Fields, ex-CEO Ford).
During this webinar by Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) with Dr Jochem Kroeze, you will:
- Explore the nature and complexity of culture in large organisations
- Learn from notable cultural failures and successes
- Discover how HR professionals can shape resilient workplaces
You will do this all with one concrete and actionable question in mind: how can you craft a culture of resilience to navigate uncertain times?
When: Thursday, 2 October 2025
Time: 15:00 - 16:00
