Make Share Heal is a monthly wellbeing and support programme for women in Pype Hayes, created to bring together creativity, care, and connection in a safe and welcoming space. Open to women aged 18–49 from all backgrounds, with a special focus on those from Ukraine, Poland, and Central and Eastern Europe, the programme offers a holistic blend of craft-making, movement, and emotional support. Each session provides the chance to slow down, share experiences, and nurture your wellbeing through creative exploration and gentle practices that help reduce stress, ease isolation, and build new connections.
Alongside group activities, participants will also have access to optional 1-to-1 support and an information point with resources on local services such as healthcare, employment, and family support. The programme is facilitated by Monika Lenard, an experienced women’s workshop leader with over 20 years of practice in creating safe, empowering, and trauma-informed spaces for personal growth and community connection. Monika’s unique approach weaves together circle dances, breathing techniques, traditional folk music, and creative arts, offering an inclusive and supportive experience rooted in both cultural heritage and holistic wellbeing.
Make Share Heal is more than a workshop series – it’s a space to pause, reflect, and connect with others in an atmosphere of trust and encouragement. Places are limited to 20, so booking is essential.
