A motivational talk about being mindful and living in the present moment. How, by paying attention, the ordinary things in life have inspired stories filled with wisdom and kindness that readers around the world have taken to heart. Gary will explore how his experience as a mindfulness teacher, and interest in Buddhism have led to him becoming a bestselling author.

He will discuss how a ‘A Gift for a Curious Mind’ set in Nelson Village, Cramlington was inspired by his grandmothers interest in spirituality and his childhood memories.
