Overview

Fun run, walk or jog dressed (or not) in your finest festive gear and help raise funds for local charities.

Sunfit Cranleigh are back hosting the Cranleigh Santa Dash at 9.30 am on Sunday 14 th December 2025.

Children and Adults can run, jog or walk 5 km, with the option of a 10k route for the adults. This fun run starts and finshes at Stockland Square with the route using the downs link and Snoxhall fields.

Every participant will recieve a bespoke Santa Dash Medal and a Santa hat to keep.

There is an overall entry cap this year of 300 tickets, so please enter early to avoid disappointment as this event usually sells out quickly.

All funds raised from this event will be directly donated to Shooting Star Childrens Hospice and Cranleigh Fire Station.

Entry is is just £10 per ticket, £45 per family ticket (maximun two adults and three children) plus booking fee.


Frequently asked questions.

Can children run on there own ?

All children under the age of 12 must be accompanined by a parent or guardian at all times while on the course.


Are there any roads to cross ?

The course crosses Knowle Lane twice (out and back)and this road crossing will be heavily marshalled. Please follow the instructins of the marshalls carefully.


Are dogs allowed ?

Yes dogs are permitted at this event but they must be kept on a lead at all times


Do I have to dress up?

We encourage you to dress up in Santa hats, Santa suits or other festive clothing although this is not compulsary.


Are there prizes for the fastest runner ?

This is a fun run, not a race. By all means be as competitive as you like, but we wont be timing you or giving out prizes for the fastest children, men and women.


Can I wear headphoes/listen to music ?

Please leave your headphones/ipods at home for safety reasons.


Is there food and drink available ?

Yes there is squash, soup and cakes to all participants and spectators and we would ask for a small donation in return. There are also plenty of coffee shops near to the start and finish.


Are ther toilets available ?

Public toilets can be located near the co-op and in some of the village coffee shops such as costa coffee.


What time does it start ?

We will be starting promptly at 9.30 am from Stocklund Square. Please make sure you have registered and collected your number by 9am at the latest. The registraion desk will be open from 8.30 am. A festive group warmup will be led by Lucy Bushnell from Sunfit Cranleigh followed by a safety briefing and countdown from a special guest starter.


Can I enter on the day ?

Yes you can, however, this is limited to ticket availability and should be done before 9 AM at the registration desk at Stockland square. We do not reserve any tickets for on the day entry, and the event is prone to being fully booked and so we encourage you to pre-book where possible and contact us if you have complications booking.
