Workshop 4
In our fourth workshop with Grahame and Professor Chris Land from Anglia Ruskin University we look at how you build and maintain those relationships with your customers. Having these positive relationships with loyal customers are important and a company should aim to invest in these. So, find out how you initiate these good relationships with new customers, while maintaining relationships with existing clients! This includes an opportunity to discuss these matters with your peers ‘in the round’. It’s also a chance to have your questions answered by the experts and find out what further support is available via the BIPC Cambridgeshire & Peterborough.
BIPC Cambridgeshire & Peterborough will contact you 1 day before the session about your webinar booking and supply a link to the event. If you do not get a link, please email BIPC@cambridgeshire.gov.uk
Upon registration we ask that you share with us a couple of short sentences on where you are in the life of your business and how long you have been trading, to aid discussions taking place at the event. This will be anonymised .
