Learn about colours and chemicals as you create your own tie-dye t-shirt!
Location
The Invention Rooms iZone
Door B, 68 Wood Lane London W12 7RH United KingdomAbout this event
Most of the colours we see around us are caused by chemicals as they absorb and reflect light! This means if we want new colours we must ask a chemist!
Discover how scientists can use chemistry to make dyes to colour everything, from dye and paint to clothes. You’ll also be able to try your own chemical dyes by colouring your own T-shirt and tote bag which you can take home!
This is a free science workshop for families with children aged 7 - 11 in the White City area. An adult must stay with children for the duration of the session.
Please fill in the full registration form on Eventbrite, there are 8 questions to complete. We are unable to confirm bookings without a completed registration form.
