Late cancellations or attendance for only part of a workshop, can be extremely disruptive. If you cannot attend a session(s) you may send a substitute. However, if notification is received within 3 working days of the event and no substitute is provided, a cancellation fee of £50 may be charged to your faculty/support service. Workshops which are undersubscribed may be deferred or cancelled at the discretion of the providing department.
