✨ Create Space for Self Love – A Women’s Wellness Day ✨
I'm Sarah - Yoga teacher and Women’s Wellness Coach and the founder of The Create Space Collective, a movement that exists to help busy women create space in their lives to reconnect with themselves. It's built on community, self-love and a slower pace, with a focus on science backed and evidence-based wellness approaches. I find such warmth and meaning in holding the space safely for women to really let go and find some quiet moments to rest.
In the rush of life, we often forget to leave room for ourselves. This day is your invitation to pause, to breathe, to soften, and to create space for what matters most: you.
Create Space for Self Love is a restorative wellness experience designed to gently guide you back to yourself. It’s a quiet exhale in a noisy world, a day devoted to stillness, care, and connection.
Together, we will explore:
Hot & Cold Bathing
Awaken your senses and soothe your nervous system with the therapeutic rhythm of heat and cold - an invitation to be present, renewed, and alive.
Wholesome Bistro Lunch
A nourishing, seasonal Paus grown meal shared in good company - food to support your wellness from the inside out.
Sensory Nature Walk
Move mindfully through nature, letting the land, the air, and your breath remind you what it feels like to be grounded and at ease.
Somatic Yoga & Self-Love Meditation
Close the day with a slow, restorative practice to reconnect with your body and mind, to remind yourself of the love that has always lived within whilst you finally come home to yourself. We will breathe, move, journal & find meaningful, lasting affirmations.
This isn’t about achieving or improving. It’s about allowing.
Allowing space to rest.
Allowing time to listen inward.
Allowing yourself to be supported in a circle of women doing the same.
You don’t have to earn peace.
You just have to create space for it.
