Welcome to our exciting event. “Create & Thrive” is a vibrant, creative all age, family friendly drop-in community event where people can come and explore emotional and mental wellbeing through engaging art-based therapeutic activities. No artistic talent needed, all materials provided. Rooted in the values of growth, connection, and joy, the event supports families and adults of all ages in expressing emotions, nurturing resilience, and discovering local wellbeing resources. Arrive at any time, explore themed zones, and stay as long as you like. All ages welcome. Coffee & cake provided. The event also marks the official launch of Revive Counselling & Wellbeing CIC, offering hope and support to the Selston and wider Ashfield community.
