Description: Join us for a transformative online event where we will guide you in creating a personalized Self Love Plan to nurture and care for yourself. As the seasons change, it is an ideal time to prioritize self-love and self-care for the time ahead.
We'll incorporate energising breathwork to connect to your Intuition, coaching, and self-exploration practices to help you connect deeply with yourself. As we celebrate the change of season, let’s take this time together to reflect on what we need to best care for ourselves, embrace change, and renew our commitment to self-love.
What makes up your unique blend of self love? ......... nature, connection, joy, nature, laughter, honesty, digital time off, hydration, nutritious food, sleep…..etc.
By the end of the event, you will leave with the following (& often much more):
Ø Feeling deep love for yourself and what needs to be present for you to be loved
Ø Your bespoke ‘self-love’ action plan, your road map to self love, with clear achievable points
Ø Tips to make new habits that help your plan become part of the way you live
Ø Optional: join an ongoing coaching group for the next 3 months to embed your plan into new loving habits
About your facilitator: Susan has over 20 years of experience, as an accredited life coach, yoga teacher, and wellbeing trainer dedicated to helping individuals and organisations thrive. Her work has taken her into deep and transformative spaces, particularly with people overcoming addictions, where she guide them on a journey of healing and self-discovery. She also collaborates with companies to enhance their wellbeing programs, fostering healthier and more balanced work environments.
As part of her commitment to sustainability, she actively contributes to reforestation efforts by planting trees. She believes in nurturing both the individual and the world around us, creating harmony between personal wellbeing and environmental stewardship.
