‘Creating a true profession – people, purpose and potential’
Focussing on the key issues of management today and the impact of good management development, Simon Bowen will share CMI insights into how, by harnessing people, purpose and potential, leaders and managers can not only survive, but thrive. Managers are challenged with implicit concepts of controlling their environment towards the achievement of planned objectives, whilst grappling with increasing turbulence and volatility in their work, social and global environments. By applying good practice, embracing the unpredictable and building networks, managers can navigate these challenges and deliver real impact to organisational performance.”
