About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Join us at Manchester Metropolitan University Business School in room 5.02.

Madelaine Allen is a MMU Alumni who now specialises in speaker training and coaching and part of her passion is working with neurodiverse clients

Speaker training and coaching is often not neurodiverse friendly, in fact it can be extremely stressful and encourage further masking and shaming of neurodiverse traits. She provides training to organisations leaders, line managers in how to adapt to neurodiverse needs, understand different learning styles and any nuances of communication or behaviours which enable neurodiverse staff and to feel comfortable, lean into their strengths and grow their skills and confidence to connect with others as their authentic self.

Maddie also consults on how to adapt spaces for neurodiverse attendees at events.

There will be light refreshments provided before Maddie's session, and then a light lunch.
