Event description

Description

A step by step ‘masterclass’ on how to create, monitor and adapt budgets for your social enterprise.

Creating a realistic budget and understanding your full costs is an essential financial planning tool to enable you to structure your income model and raise finance.

Whether you are calculating the costs of a new product or service or building a budget for a funding application, this workshop will enable you to:

  • Recognise the key components of a realistic budget

  • Plan a draft budget for your social enterprise or project

  • Identify how to effectively monitor your performance against your budget

  • Assess how to respond to budget changes without losing track of your objectives

A limited number of 30 minute 1-2-1 sessions will be available 1 month after the workshop - bookable on a first come first served basis. A booking link will be shared with attendees after the workshop.

Delivered by Audeo Accounting, a medium-sized, non-traditional accounting practice based in Brighton, specialising in owner managed enterprises, including “typical” SMEs, as well as socially orientated organisations.
