Creating and managing effective groups (tutorials etc)

This workshop will give participants an oversight of the key elements of and practical strategies for creating and managing effective groups. The workshop will cover:

• What makes groups effective
• Common challenges associated with group work for credit
• What makes for effective projects
• Project management strategies

This is a short workshop designed to introduce participants to a few techniques and practical strategies. It will not be an in-depth workshop on any or all of the topics.
