About this event

A Creative Workshop hosted by North Ayrshire RAMH Wellbeing & Recovery College as part of the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival. Create and decorate a 'Comfort Box' to use to bring you comfort when you are experiencing anxiety or overwhelm. Work with artist Laura Stevenson who will encourage your creativity and facilitate conversation around self-regulation.
