Paul Burns, Emeritus Professor of Entrepreneurship and Fellow of Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ISBE)

How to overcome the challenges faced by Food Entrepreneurs (provisional title)

Brendan Allen, a food Entrepreneur, co-founder of Castlemine Farm and one of the people who helped create the Larder 360 concept

11:30 – 12:15

Introduction to CEF e-learning course curriculum, learning outcomes and resources

Networking lunch

Meeting project team members, visiting project presentation board/posters showing the curriculum, sample syllabi details and future free training course

Group discussion and feedback on the course curriculum and online learning methods

Participants will be divided into small groups
