About the Programme
Pamoja Njia Bora (meaning "Better Way Together") is a behaviour change programme tailored specifically for Black African, Caribbean, and Mixed Heritage men and their communities.
Spanning Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, and Derbyshire, the programme offers culturally responsive and trauma-informed support that helps participants:
- Understand and shift harmful behaviours
- Build and maintain healthy relationships
- Take accountability and make real, lasting change
This is about awareness, education, and transformation — with community at its heart.
