Creating Harmony in Your Relationships is a 2 day workshop where you learn to enhance your communication and strengthen your connection with others. You gain a deeper understanding of yourself, an insight into the essence of those around you and how to connect in a truly harmonious way. You will be guided through a combination of teaching, question based introspective work and meditation. The workshop is a balance of both the practical and spiritual, bringing the best practices of both worlds to guide you.

Logistics:

Date: Saturday 10th December 2016 to Sunday 11th December 2016

Time: Saturday 10.00 am-5.00pm – Sunday 10.00am-5.00pm

Venue: Monticello House, 45 Russell Square, London WC1B 4JP

Clothing: We suggest you dress casually and comfortably. Please wear layered clothing as the room temperature may be outside of our control.

What to bring: Please bring a notebook and pen or any device on which you wish to document your notes. Internet access will depend on the venue and cannot be guaranteed.

Breaks: We aim to have a mid-morning and mid-afternoon break. There is tea and coffee available on the premises for £1.00 a cup, and there is also a snack machine in case you become peckish. A free water machine is located just outside the room.

Lunch: We will aim to have a lunch break between 1.00 and 2.00 pm. There are numerous eating establishments available nearby for you to choose from. Please feel free to bring snacks or a packed lunch should you wish.

Michele is a warm, animated speaker and trainer with boundless energy! Mala Bridgelal Ram

Mala is an intuitive healer and natural psychologist who has a passion for grasping the underlying nature of human behaviour. Her background is nursing, and she is a qualified NLP practitioner, hypnotherapist and coach. She works with individuals with deep emotional blocks which prevent them from not only moving on, but from having the happiness they deserve. Because her healing is very intuitive-based she operates through a unique combination which draws upon the combined practices of the most effective methods of healing. With this approach she allows, teaches and enables the client to heal and self-heal in a very relaxed and caring manner. Mala speaks, trains and coaches on intuitive healing and how to give untainted feedback to your clients.
