Creating healthier habits, New Year, New You!
Overview
This online course on Zoom is designed to harness high New Year motivation, creating mental distance from last year and building sustainable new habits, including behaviour change, nutrition and utilising techniques from Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy.
Participants will learn to:
- Leverage the “Fresh Start Effect” for maximal motivation
- Release emotional residue from last year
- Create a new identity that supports health, energy, and resilience
- Build habits using behaviour change science and subconscious programming
- Use EFT to clear emotional blocks
- Apply techiques from NLP and Ericksonian hypnotherapy for deep, lasting change
- Integrate nutrition strategies to stabilize mood, energy, and cravings
Whether you want to replace an existing or install a new habit this course is for you, perhaps you wish to improve your eating habits, reduce your alcohol intake, increase your exercise, improve your sleep or find more time for meditation and wellness!
Vanessa will share insights, techniques and practical strategies for successful habit change. There will be 4 sessions in total, held on Monday's, each session will be one hour in duration, commencing at 18.00hrs:
- Monday 29th December 2025 The Roadmap for habit change, including the behaviour change toolkit, nutrition and techniques from NLP
- Monday 5th January 2026 Check in and Emotional Freedom Techniques for habit change
- Monday 12th January 2026 Check in and NLP to heighten success
- Monday 19th January 2026 Share successes, next steps and wrap up
The group is deliberating kept small, 8 places in total, to allow a more personalised experience. Although, it is not compulsory you will be invited to join and participate in a Whatsapp group which will be set up for the duration of the course, this will be a motivational space to encourage all participants to share successes and overcome challenges.
