Creating Impact Reports MASTERCLASS
Overview
Impact reports are more than just a wouldn't-it-be-great item on your to-do list. They are an opportunity to tell your charity’s story, prove your value, and build trust and confidence with the people who matter most to your organisation.
Having quality Impact Reports can help your organisation to show your worth, inspire your supporters, and stand out to funders in an increasingly competitive fundraising landscape.
Following Fundraising Expert Rosie Milsom’s previous Demonstrating Impact MASTERCLASS, this session will walk you through how to create an impact report that not only reflects the difference you make, but makes people want to read it.
This session will be practical and confidence-boosting to help you feel equipped, rather than overwhelmed, by the process of writing, designing, and sharing a compelling impact report that is clear, engaging, and full of purpose to help boost your fundraising success.
Who Should Attend:
This MASTERCLASS will be accessible for people of all levels of experience and organisations across the sector. This session could be particularly beneficial for:
- Fundraisers, charity staff, and volunteers who create or contribute to impact reports.
- Small teams who want to make better use of their time, data, and stories.
- Organisations looking to improve how they communicate their value to donors, funders, and supporters.
What You’ll Learn:
During this 1-hour session, this MASTERCLASS will look at:
- Why impact reports matter - and how they support income generation.
- What to include (and what to leave out!) for a more engaging report.
- How to create reports that work for multiple audiences.
- Ways to combine data and real-life stories for maximum emotional impact.
- Free and simple tools to make your report look professional.
PLUS: a practical checklist and template to help you get started straight away.
This 1-hour webinar-style session will be delivered online via Zoom.
All attendees of the live Masterclass will receive a copy of the session recording. We will also make the recording available to purchase on-demand via our website after the session.
