Creating Inclusive Cultures is a challenge, as well as an opportunity, for every sector and organisation – but many struggle to move beyond delivering the initial commitments. Where do you get started when your business is as diverse as it’s people? How do you lead the charge on creating change in a company that doesn’t see the value to progress? How do you create a more flexible and agile workplace? And how do you engage people at all levels along the way?
CIC Birmingham is honoured to welcome Caroline Waters OBE, Deputy Chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission and Former Director of People and Policy at BT. She was voted one of the most influential HR practitioners of the last decade by HR Magazine Excellence Awards 2015.
