Join us for the Creating Inclusive Learning Environments Conference, a one-day event designed specifically for school leaders who are dedicated to making schools more inclusive, accessible, and supportive for all pupils.
This conference will provide practical strategies, expert insights, and hands-on learning opportunities to help you create environments where every child can thrive. Through panel discussions, interactive workshops, and real-world case studies, you will gain a deeper understanding of how to implement inclusive practices in your school.
We are delighted to welcome Sharon Gray OBE as our keynote speaker. With 32 years of experience in education, including 22 as a Headteacher, Sharon is a nationally recognised leader in inclusive education, emotional wellbeing, and evidence-based school improvement. An experienced Ofsted Inspector and National Leader of Education, she has shaped policy through roles with the Youth Justice Board and the Mental Health Task Force. Her outstanding contributions to the field earned her a Pride of Britain award in 2013 and an OBE for services to education in 2015.
She will be joined by a diverse panel of specialists, including Jess Lees, a qualified Speech and Language Therapist with expertise in neurodevelopmental conditions and complex needs; Sarah Woosey, Director at Education Law Experts and a leading figure in SEND legal advocacy; and Sarah Harridge, Headteacher at Co-op Academy Brierley, who brings valuable frontline leadership experience in inclusive education.
In addition to these engaging sessions, the event includes a guided tour of our modular construction factory, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how innovative, sustainable school buildings are designed and built.
Join us in York for a day of learning, collaboration, and practical takeaways to enhance inclusivity in education. Attendance is free, but registration is required. Lunch will also be provided on the day.
