She predominantly uses NLP (Neurolinguistic programming) which is often used in corporate environments to aid communication. Her company, People Building, has a team of qualified practitioners to support staff with their mental health to compliments the online resources provided.

 Mark Rasche

 After studying PE, Sports Science and Social Psychology at Loughborough University, Mark was a football coach in England, Australia, America and Malaysia. He then went into sales and marketing, working as a sales manager for a £120M software business, before finding his true calling in sports business helping to turn Brazilian Soccer Schools and Socatots into global brands with over 200 franchises in the Uk and master franchises around the world.

 Having sold his shares in that business nearly 10 years ago gone solo as a mentor and consultant, he now uses his mix of coaching, business and marketing acumen to help sports organisations, charities or social enterprises maximise their potential and has helped hundreds of organisations improve, grow and overcome their barriers since then.

 Mark is endorsed by the Children’s Activities Association (of which he is Deputy Chairman), as well as The Approved Franchise Association and the Association of Business Mentors.


 Simon Hartley

Passionate about helping individuals and organisations to maximise their performance, Simon has extensive experience working with individuals and businesses to realise their potential and work towards becoming world class in their chosen field.

For almost 20 years he has been working in elite and professional sport as a sport psychology consultant and performance coach. He has coached Olympians, world class athletes and International teams to success.

Simon’s expertise lies in helping organisations, teams and individuals to consistently engineer peak performance and become World Class in sport. Helping athletes win medals and teams win championships. Approaches that he translates directly into business.
