About this Event

Sign-up and log-in to ACOSVO's first online webinar!

This webinar is open to Trustees, Chief Officers and senior leaders of third sector organisations.

When people feel motivated and full of energy they are more likely to do their best work, achieve the best outcomes for their organisations and enjoy the process.

In this webinar we will introduce some theories of human motivation and how they can be used to connect and energise the people who work alongside you in a non-profit environment.

The online workshop will include theory, practical application and top tips on raising motivation whilst putting people at the centre of what you do. There’ll be a chance to hear about the challenges faced by other charity CEOs, Trustees and leaders and create an action plan of your own.

In this online workshop you will:

  • Learn how you can influence the culture of a team to become higher energy,

  • Develop an understanding of 2-3 key human motivation theories and how they apply to the world of work and volunteering

  • Develop an understanding of how you are impacted by motivation and what steps you can take to influencing personal energy levels, and
