We've designed this workshop to help you identify the needs of your customers, and how you can communicate effectively to them, creating powerful marketing, so that more customers are attracted to you, generating qualified leads. 

This workshop is a blend of information & expertise sharing and hands on research and immediate implementation in your business.

Identifying your target customers: 

Which customers would you like more of?  We'll guide you through how to identify the best customers for your business, build a psychological profile of them, so that you'll find it easier to find them, and attract them to your business.  These are essential foundations of any marketing strategy, knowing this will make your online marketing even more powerful. 

Understanding What's Important to You: 

What's important to you as an individual?  What do you like? Love? Find fascinating?  What are your Values? What do you need from your business? 
We'll be asking these questions because they are at the heart of you, and they form part of your business brand. 


Understanding What's Important to Your Customers: 

What is important to your ideal customer, as a person?  What do they love? What do they aim to achieve?  What problems do they have?  What are their core values? 

Brainstorming these questions, having our ideal customer in mind helps us generate content, and identify vital elements of your core brand message. 


What's Important to Your Business? 

Identifying exactly what your business needs to succeed is essential for a clear brand strategy.  Which parts of the "machinery" of your business are essential?   What processes are important/vital?  Which systems are needed to deliver customer service?  What are your production needs?  What are your profit margins?  Which products are the flagships for your business?  What qualities do you want your business to represent?  Cheapest?  Most convenient?  Best Quality?  Long lasting?  Innovative?  Home-made?   Unique?  Gold Standard?  Platinum Standard? 

This part of the exercise helps identify the personality of your business, as well as what the essential elements are to make your business a success.   A business which doesn't make a profit, or earn you a living is just an expensive hobby.

You'll be able to confidently communicate in all your marketing channels, so that potential customers can quickly identify their need and desire to buy from your business.
