** Creative Academy is open to childten and young people age 10 yrs to late teen! (orschool years 5-13) Just £36 for 6 sessions with all materials included and their own sketchbook and portfolio!
The academy takes place in our art studio that sits within a working studio space filled with 'real' artists. Nesteled away in the corner of Shoreside Studios, our academy opens up the world of art in a new and exciting way, giving participants the opportunity to explore their creativity and grow in confidence.
We treat our participants as young artists, we set briefs, look at skills development, introduce new mediums and show how art can be a real and viable career path. We can help with portfolio building for college and uni, we help children and young poeple to develop their creative thinking and resilience through the trials and refinements of the artistic process. An we present the arts in a way that makes it accessible to all... art isnt always about being the best 'drawer', it can be so much more.
