A taster session to introduce ‘Looking after your mental health using creative approaches’.
About this event
During this session we will think about how we can look after our wellbeing through:-
- Connecting with others.
- Learning – looking at boundaries/what are they and how can we maintain healthy boundaries.
- Activity – the benefits of exercise and the outdoors.
- Noticing – looking at our inner saboteur.
- Giving – the different ways in which we can give.
There will be some relaxing meditation exercises during the session, so find a quiet space and wear some comfortable clothes.
This session is for WOMEN ONLY
This session is only available for residents of Liverpool City, residents outside the city will not be allowed.
