About this event

Pause, play, progress: Creative brain breaks and transitions to energise the school day

Join us for the second session in our 2025–26 online CPD series, all about energising your classroom with joyful, purposeful transitions and brain breaks.

In this one-hour workshop, we’ll explore how short, simple creative activities - using movement, rhythm and drama - can reset focus, boost engagement, and support children’s wellbeing throughout the school day. Whether it’s starting the morning with energy, refocusing after lunch, or moving smoothly between subjects, we’ll share practical ideas that bring rhythm and fun to your routine.

You’ll leave with a ready-to-go resource pack full of adaptable activities to use in your classroom straight away.

This session is perfect for primary teachers and anyone keen to make learning feel more connected, active and meaningful for children with fresh ideas that work.
