Enjoy a lunchtime sing with Valentina Passoni.

In this workshop Valentina will help you explore ways to increase wellbeing through choral singing. You will get a chance to feel the physical, psychological and emotional benefits of singing whilst getting energized at work!

This session will engage your inner singer and it is open to all levels and ability. Just bring yourself and some water and get ready to sing your heart out!

Valentina Passoni a professional singer and a Transformational & Creative Coach, certified in the Co-Active Model and Leadership by CTI.

Valentina has always followed her passion in life – music – which led her to London where she completed a Bachelor of Music in Popular Music Performance at the London College Of Music. She is an active vocal coach and professional singer, part of Urban Voices Collective and has performed at the likes of The Royal Variety Show, The Barbican, Queen Elizabeth Hall, The Olivier Awards and Twickenham Stadium.

Valentina has taught at leading music collage BIMM London and Manchester and delivers workshops for Universities and corporate clients who’d like to explore new ways of creative leadership, build a common vision and create purpose and wellbeing in the workplace. Valentina is also a specialist in performance anxiety and public speaking, delivering training sessions around London.

As a Coach, Valentina’s focus is to empower her clients towards a deeper sense of self–awareness, so that they can build emotional intelligence and implement positive change in the world.

Creative Breaks: making time for creativity in the working day has been developed by Sue Woodward, Angela Maddock and Jenny Oates. It is a well being project supported by King’s Cultural Institute. The project involves weekly hour-long arts-based lunchtime creative breaks over twelve weeks in 2018 for nursing and midwifery faculty staff and students Faculty members are invited to take part in a creative break based on the themes of ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’: Keep moving, Invest in Relationships, Never stop Learning, Give to others, Savour the moment. The project will finish on 10 December with three separate extended workshops.

Please note:we are evaluating this project. If you take part you will be invited to complete a weekly online survey and some final evaluation. You are under no obligation to take part in the evaluation if you take part in the events.

These workshops are only for the staff and students of the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery & Palliative Care, King’s College London.
