Creative Business Bootcamp

Outset Enterprise Advisors, Jenny Evans and Rachel McGowan are here for two days of training to help you start and launch a creative business the right way.

Jenny has been a professional artist for almost a decade, selling artwork globally and stocked in galleries nationally. She also raised £350,000 to launch her homeware busienss with in 2019.

Rachel has been a careers and business trainer and coach for 15 years and has honed a series of courses on how to understand and overcome the mindset and confidence issues that really hold you back.

This bootcamp is spread over two days, each day will be from 10am - 4pm and will include a break for lunch.

Key areas we will cover in day one include:

- Understand what Imposter Syndrome is

- Recognise what 'type' of Imposter you identify with

- Learn and practice techniques to help manage and overcome your feelings of self doubt

- What’s your money story - exploring how your money habits were formed

- Techniques to get rid of limiting beliefs around money

- Knowing your worth and pricing accordingly

- Understand the essentials you need to consider to start your business

- Start up checklist

Key areas we will cover in day two include:

- Finding your customer

- How to create a brand and stay consistent

- Building the percieved value of your products

- Social media marketing and what is the right strategy for you

- Other kinds of marketing, word of mouth, press and packaging

- Stockists, how they work and how to find them

- Product ranges, how to build them and how to sell them

- Networking and time for questions will be included throughout this two day event.

Outset is a fully funded program, set up to support entrepreneurs and this paperwork enables us to track our progress, measure our impact and continue providing you free services.
