Creative Case NORTH National Event invites arts organisations, museums, and freelance artists, curators and producers, to listen, share, question and challenge approaches to the Creativer Case for Diversity; an opportunity for mutual learning, exchange and action.
The key elements of the event will be:
- Case study presentations from Creative Case NORTH Bursary holders Rural Arts North Yorkshire, Helix Arts, CapeUK, Octagon Theatre, Prism Arts, Manchester Art Gallery, Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums and Sage Gateshead;
- Facilitated group conversations covering a range of areas relating to the Creative Case for Diversity;
- Opportunity for one to one exchanges with Creative Case NORTH Consortium Members;
- Poetry devised and performed live by Kate Fox, Creative Case NORTH Poet in Residence.

This workshop programme is being delivered by Creative Case NORTH in partnership with Museum Development North East, North West and Yorkshire.
Creative Case NORTH is a sector-led programme of activity exploring the Creative Case for Diversity, developed by a consortium of North Area arts and cultural organisations and artists, supported by Arts Council England.
Steering Group Members are: Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums, ARC Stockton, BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, Sustained Theatre Artists Yorkshire, Contemporary Visual Arts Network, Halle Concerts Society, Curious Minds, Opera North, ZENDEH, DaDaFest, Contact Theatre, Tim Wheeler, GEM Arts and ARTLINK Centre for Community Arts.
